VisaVanguard provides an itinerary generation service for visa applications. We create temporary flight and hotel holds that can be used for visa documentation purposes. These are NOT confirmed bookings unless explicitly stated.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent hold confirmations as confirmed bookings
• Comply with all applicable visa and immigration laws

4. Hold Orders

Flight holds are temporary reservations that expire after a specified period (typically 24-48 hours). You must complete payment before the expiration time to confirm your booking. VisaVanguard is not responsible for expired holds.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency specified at the time of booking. Prices may change without notice. Payment is required to confirm bookings beyond the hold period.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the terms of the airline or hotel provider. VisaVanguard acts as an intermediary and follows the policies of our service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisaVanguard is not liable for visa application rejections, travel disruptions, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our service. We provide itinerary documentation as a service but cannot guarantee visa approval.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this platform are the property of VisaVanguard or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
